She is the author of Eating By Design: The Individualized Food Personality Type Nutrition Plan and Portion Savvy: The 30 Day Smart Plan for Living Well.

The Diet Designs Fresh Program includes:

• Your  personalized assessment from Carrie Wyatt with a scientific calculation of your Personal Energy Equation and advice for optimizing the program based on your intake information.

• Personally portioned meals delivered to your door, anywhere in the U.S.

• Daily menus that eliminate the guesswork and make each meal like a restaurant treat.

• Complete program guidelines that answer questions form how to schedule meals to selecting snacks and storing and heating meals.

• Restaurant and fast food guidelines.

• A progressive workout plan

• Progress assessments

Each custom  plan provides a balance of 50-60% carbohydrate, 20-255 protein, 20-25% fat, and a maximum dose of micronutrients - vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, and antioxidants.

They mix aerobic exercise, strength training, and flexibility work for the full- body conditioning recommended by exercise physiologists. You choose what you want to do.  

The 5-Day program arrives in two weekly deliveries. Delivery #1 is on Monday in the Los Angeles area and Tuesday elsewhere. Delivery #2 in on Wednesday in the LA area and Thursday elsewhere.

Clients enrolled in the 7 day program have the option of two or three weekly deliveries.

Customers are encouraged to have someone available to receive and refrigerate their delivery. If this is not possible, they recommend leaving a cooler near the door clearly marked to receive your delivery.
