founded by self proclaimed health nuts
Bryan Janeczko and Mark Newhouse, who
left Morgan Stanley and City Hall,
respectively, to build their business.
The
most popular and cost-effective plan is
Nu-Kitchen 200, which costs $39.99/day
(or $1,599, plus tax). In this plan,
they provide 200 freshly prepared meals
and snacks over the course of 40 days.
The company says that clients interested
in weight loss see an average 12 pound
reduction in body fat and an improved
overall body composition in the first 6
weeks. The company says that
weight loss vs. healthy eating clients
are split fairly evenly.
The Program
This plan includes breakfasts, lunches,
dinners and snacks. Meals are shipped in
soft cooler bags, delivered daily, and
the food comes in microwavable
containers. If you'd like, you can meet
the company's dietitian at two health
club locations in Manhattan, for an
assessment at no extra charge.
The customer picks their own menu and
chooses the amount of calories per day
they want to take in. The foods are
based on 25% protein, 20% fat, and 45%
carbs. You can choose to purchase meals
for just a few days per week if your
desire.
Metabolic Assessment
You begin with a complimentary in-person
consultation with one of their certified
trainers, a credentialed and experienced
nutrition professional who will assess
your needs and tailor your experience.
Fitness Assessment
You receive a complimentary fitness
assessment from one of their certified
Fitness Experts.

Nu-Kitchen 200 is offered at $40 - $50
per day (or $280-350/week and $1,200 to
$1,500/month), depending upon the number of
days you purchase, including all freshly
prepared meals (breakfast, lunch and
dinner) and snacks ( two) and their
delivery. When you place an order, your
first day of meals comes free.
