ChefsDiet
delivers fresh food to your doorstep
daily. They provide clients with three
gourmet meals and two snacks by 5 AM
each day. In order to insure variety, it
is a top priority to maintain a 120 day
cycle of various entrees.
ChefsDiet is currently serving the Long
Island, Westchester, New York/Tri-State Area, Los
Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside and Orange County
in California.
Fresh or frozen food is available for
delivery nationwide on a weekly
basis. Daily delivery is
available only in New York City and Los
Angeles.
The Food
Each morning you receive a delivery of 3
meals and 2 snacks. These gourmet meals
and healthy snacks are prepared
according to the Zone program and
promote lean body mass, weight loss,
decreased carbohydrate cravings, lowered
blood sugar levels, increased energy
levels, and improved mental clarity,
claims the firm. Each
ChefsDiet
meal
contains a balance of 40% carbohydrates,
30% protein and 30% favorable fats.
All of the gourmet meals are packaged in
microwavable containers. They are then
placed in a discrete insulated bag with
ice blocks to keep everything cool and
fresh throughout the delivery. The meals
can be heated in a microwave with the
cover slightly opened for 1 to 3 minutes
or transferred to your own dish and
placed in a conventional oven for 5
minutes at 350 degrees.
Women receiving
ChefsDiet
meals will be
consuming 1100-1200 calories daily. Most
men will be consuming 1400-1600 calories
per day. The average client may lose
approximately 8-10 pounds per month.
The
ChefsDiet
Program is actually a
wellness as well as a weight loss
program, claims the company. It was
originally developed to help people with
diabetes and heart disease. The Zone is
the perfect diet for someone with Type
II diabetes.
A
ChefsDiet
meal should keep your blood
sugar regulated for approximately 4-5
hours, a snack about 2 hours. By eating
on a "regular" basis; 3 meals and
2 snacks a day, you will control insulin
and lose body fat, says ChefsDiet.

meals delivered frozen to your door
every week anywhere across the nation
(48 states).
All plans require monthly upfront
payment. The price varies depending on
whether the food is fresh or frozen, and
if it's delivered weekly or daily. Below

and 21-day deals.
