Weekly Newsletter, Tips, and More The journey begins when you sign up for your free diet profile, which provides your current and target BMI, weight, and daily calorie goal. One of the hardest parts of any diet plan is staying committed. The online diet plan from The Biggest Loser Club, however, provides easy access to the support of other members in an online community. Club participants share their success stories, and members consistently initiate weight loss challenges to help each other meet their weight loss goals. The club offers informative articles from the show's experts and contestants, who followed the same diet regimen. In addition, this online diet plan can be easily customized according to individual preferences. For instance, members who dislike seafood or those who are vegetarian can factor in these restrictions. The plan also makes it easy to swap meals because members aren't forced to eat foods they don't like. Costs $5.00 per week. Comment In
BestDietForMe.com’s opinion, this subscription-based online program creates a customized weight loss
program based on your weight loss goals using the diet and fitness program
inspired by the show. The program allows interaction with contestants and
experts; provides daily meal plans including recipes and shopping lists;
provides access to an interactive message board; and sends out a newsletter
to its members. The price, at $5.00/week, is competitive with other diet websites such as eDiets.com and Weight-Watchers.com. The website disclaimers may scare off some people, especially those with diabetes, high blood pressure, or those with food allergies. This may be the one weak area--the apparent lack of accommodation for people with special foods needs or with physical limitations. The plan doesn't mention anything about a vegetarian option either.
